Who are you outside of teaching?
Have you got into the habit of defining yourself as a teacher,
a Mom, a wife? How would you answer if people ask you what you do
for fun?
Today we take a deep dive into how to find yourself again,
rather than be defined by the roles you fill.
We discuss the difference between the roles we play and who we
actually are as a person! The activity in the episode may be
tougher than you're expecting but I would encourage you to keep
coming back to this activity until you can answer both questions
easily.
